Yes! Putting in a subscription request will allow for a charge to be placed on your card for the product that you have indicated to purchase, at the price listed on our website at the time of Autoship. Etc. If there is an ongoing sale for your subscribed product, you will be charged the sale price.
However, prices for product may fluctuate from time to time due to circumstances outside of our control. Our customer care team will do our best to advise you if we see that an automatically recurring order has been affected by a price increase, and inform you of any changes that may have to be made to your subscription plan.
Similarly, if you find that you have been charged an amount you would otherwise be unwilling to pay for an order, please contact our customer service team and we will be more than happy to resolve the matter for you where possible or provide a refund for the product.
