If your parcel arrives at your delivery destination before you do, our driver will drop you a phone call. If in the unlikely scenario he is unable to reach you, an automated text message will be sent to confirm his arrival and your order's status will be set to "Delivery Attempted". Please do your best to receive your order within this timeframe to avoid incurring any redelivery fees.
Our driver will wait for 10 minutes from the time of his arrival and no longer, as he generally has a fixed number of deliveries to complete by the end of the day and is being expected by other pet parents! Unfortunately, past this time, he will have to leave. Your order's status will then be marked as "Failed Delivery", and a re-delivery fee of $8 will be payable.
