There are many reasons why your sample may not have been included in your order, including but not limited to one of the following:
- There is no longer any stock for that particular sample in our warehouse
- The supplier did not receive a shipment of the sample from the pet food manufacturer
- The sample may have expired (expiry dates for samples are notably shorter than full-sized purchases as they are often repacked locally)
We ask that pet parents refrain from being nasty and unpleasant, or sending threatening messages to our Customer Satisfaction team when they do not receive their complimentary samples.
