2. Your order number
3. Date of order & date of delivery
4. Online link to defective or missing item
5. Description of the nature of the incident
6. Photographs supporting your claim (if applicable) - This is necessary for defective items.
Is it a guarantee that my return request will be approved?
While we'll most definitely do what we can to make things right, we seek your understanding in that all requests for returns are at the discretion of Nekojam and/or its suppliers.
How long do you require to respond to my return request?
We ask that you provide us with up to 5 working days to investigate your claim.
