In our experience, many of our pet parents request that we drop their orders off when they can't make it back home in time to physically receive their deliveries. We've hardly had parcels gone missing, but it's always best to play it safe.
Consider first if the likelihood of theft is high in your neighbourhood. If you have a family member or friend who can receive your order on your behalf, that would be the best. If not, take 10 minutes out of your day to carve out a "delivery drop off corner". It should ideally be well concealed and have a large enough space for our friendly drivers to hide your parcel in.
If that's not possible, fret not! Our dispatch team can get quite creative if it comes down to it. After all, we care about your purchases and want you to be happy with them.
Nekojam drivers will do their best to place your order somewhere inconspicuous and secure. They'll also do their best to send you a photo of your purchase and its location once they have dropped it off so you'll know exactly where to look when you get back home.
PS. If you need a tip or two, our pet parents love turning their dry risers and shoe cupboards into delivery drop-off corners. ;-) Have fun with it!
