There's something wrong with the items in my delivery and I'd like a replacement.
We encourage all pet parents to check their orders at the point of delivery! If you've discovered something wrong with your order, you should make an immediate attempt to bring this to the attention of the deliveryman who was responsible for the delivery drop. If the driver responsible for your delivery has left the premise, do your best to ensure that the item remains in good condition.
If you have received frozen foods erroneously, we ask that you place them in the freezer immediately and strictly do not remove any of the contents from the original packaging.
How should I keep the product secure so that it remains eligible for a return?
The item should be in its original packaging, unused, and contain any and all item(s) that came with it. Please contain the product in a secure layer of external packaging, like plastic, to avoid any damage to the item. It will be inspected once more at the collection point.
How will the return be executed?
If a return is granted on grounds that the product has been determined to be defective or damaged, a member of our delivery team will be dispatched to assist with the exchange and collection of the item in question.
