It's okay to change your mind!
If you'd like to amend or cancel your order, all we ask is that you do so before 9 AM the next working day or before its status changes to Awaiting Fulfilment; whichever is first.
How do I do this?
Please contact our team over at Customer Satisfaction by calling us at 6288 3636 on weekdays from 9 AM, or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. You should quote your order number clearly, and indicate the item you'd like to amend/cancel, as well as the quantity (if applicable).
Why can't I cancel my order anymore?
Once past 9AM the next working day, or once your order's status has been amended, it's in the fulfilment queue! This means it's quite likely that our suppliers have already been notified of your items of interest, and they're on their way to our fulfilment centre. We'll still try, but there's no guarantee that a cancellation is possible. Sorry about that :(
