As long as your order is above $39 it should be eligible for Free Courier Delivery, so long it does not contain any items in our list of Excluded Shipping Items.
I do not see the option for Free Courier Delivery at the checkout. Why?
It's quite likely that your order contains something that would be considered an exclusion to the Free Courier Delivery tier. Check if you've made a purchase for any frozen or bulky items. This would include large bags of dog/cat food, cat trees, frozen foods, and cat litters.
The minimum order amount to be eligible for a free delivery to your doorstep for orders containing such items is $79.
Why don't frozen or bulky items qualify for Free Courier Delivery?
While there are a handful of reasons for why our courier partners are unable to provide free deliveries on frozen or bulky items, the most important would be because these items are considered fragile, and/or time-sensitive.
Because your orders are important to us, we prefer to have a member of our dispatch team handle it with tender, loving care. Orders containing such items are instead tasked to be delivered to your doorstep, by a member of the Nekojam dispatch team instead - Under the Nekojam+ Delivery tier.
